Private pay fees: $200/50min session (Credit Card, Debit Card, Venmo)

I require all clients to have a credit/debit card on file.  Full payment (private pay) or your insurance co-pay or deductible are required at the time of service. In the event you miss your appointment without 24-hour notice or in the event payment is not received at the time of service, I will debit your card and send a receipt.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

Once we begin meeting, I will commit my time to you and request that you be equally invested by attending your scheduled appointments.  You will be charged $100 cancellation fee if you cancel 48 hours in advance or more. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the full session cost will be charged to your credit/debit card.  I understand that unexpected life events happen and we can discuss your appointment and reschedule if needed.

You are responsible to pay your co-pay or deductible at the time of service. I will charge the credit/debit card on file at the end of our session.
